Create your free guest account
Sign up with your name and email and accept the house rules. One click on the link we email you confirms the account. There is no approval queue and no fee.
Check a host before you book
Search by host name, property address, listing URL or ID, email or phone to see what other guests have recorded about a host. It works whether the listing is on Airbnb, Vrbo, a direct-booking site or anywhere else. Email addresses and phone numbers are matched securely and only ever shown masked.
Leave a factual review after your stay
Record the stay dates, rate the host in four categories, flag any specific problems, and say whether you would stay again. It takes a couple of minutes and helps the next guest decide.
Fair to hosts, too
Reviews must be first-hand and factual, and anyone who may have been reviewed can request and contest their record. Read the FAQ for how reviews are moderated.
